So this Friday Dead Island 2 drops… after what A LITERAL DECADE! Holy crap it’s been that long since Dead Island Riptide came out. Holy crap!

Here is the new trailer, but be warned it is a rated mature game with zombies and first person violence and bad language.

Besides that New Update just dropped a new Goddess in Smite. Ix Chel of the Mayan Pantheon! If you are interested check it out. She is neat in my book, I have yet to try her myself in a real match though. I did watch the kit video and messed around in the practice map. More info is on the The Light Weaver | 10.4 Update Notes. Other game updates

Caravan Stories has a mini cherry blossom event. Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis just dropped the Gun blade class. Vampire Survivors dropped another DLC. Other than that I have been grinding away at other things. I have taken a break from Genshin Impact though.

I have some fond memories of playing through Dead Island and a little bit of Dead Island Riptide. I never finished either but I was trying to play them both before I retired my Xbox 360 since they weren't backwards compatible with it (at least at that point? I have no idea now). Definitely played a bunch of the original though and made a nice dent into the story. I'll be curious to see how Dead Island 2 reviews. I have such a huge backlog right now but if it ever shows up on Game Pass then I might have to give it a try.

@peepso_user_6(Novibear) I'll definitely have to give this a shot at some point. Maybe wait to see if it comes to Game Pass or if the library gets a copy I can borrow. Too many games and too little time.
