My most anticipated game for the month is HUNIEPOP 2! I won’t dare link any trailers or images for it though lol tryna keep this article safe for general viewing. So look it, the original or it’s tycoon/camgirl management sim up at your own risk. I love stupid puzzle dating sim games and I have played a great many of them. I am currently still chipping away at the masterpiece that is CYBERCRUSH 2069! Very few are as quality as Huniepop though.
As for the rest of the month though it’s pretty light on completely new titles. Everything else is like a re-release of games that are already out in some form on other generations. I plan to get the Nioh 2 complete edition eventually. No clue on bowsers fury. And depending on reviews I will pick up Bravely Default 2. I may surprise my sister with Gal Gun returns if it’s coming to Steam, i’ll give it to her for surviving the first month of the year. Waifus are a strong motivator for the both of us.

My biggest want is Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town (US) due out March 23 for the Switch. It seems the remaining team are taking a leaf from the same man they inspired with a Stardew Valley kind of take on the Story of Seasons series formerly known as Harvest Moon. Due to the Natsume shenanigans split. Also for those who do not know EVERY HARVEST MOON GAME POST 2007 is not from the original developers. Which is why you have their weird mine craft attempts and many asset flip low tier games from that point on. Story of seasons is the real shit if you wait for localization. I believe the Japanese title stayed the same. Unfortunately a new entry in the impostor series is coming out ahead of the original so maybe ignore Harvest Moon: One World – March 5 (Switch) and wait for Story of Seasons.
In other non farming game news for the month, Balan wonderworld is coming but I’m not really interested. Monster hunter rise demo was okay but i cannot play monster hunter well on switch so that one’s on hold for me until it hopefully hits another platform. Kena Bridge of spirits looked neat from the trailer I saw but we shall wait and see. Also i never picked it up but I may nab Disco Elysium: The Final Cut when it drops. Is extremely sparse and so is the rest of the year. The only thing on my radar is a New Pokemon Snap. I am waiting for reviews to see if its a wait for a sale type game or if it actually has enough content. Because if it just looks as nice as it does and its still as short as teh Nintendo 64 original I can wait for it. Big pass on Nier re-release for me.(Replicant) Nier. I want papa (Gestalt) Nier. Look at this angry old man!

I personally am not picking it up but many people are anticipating Resident Evil Village which i believe is 8 canonically in the series. It has activated many a fan art with the big lady and her cultish looking witch/maidens. Not for me but i will likely watch someone’s playthrough of it. Other than that it seems that Biomutant, a game I preordered 2 years ago, may actually be coming out soon. Everything else is kind of up in the air so I will stop there
Is anyone else got a big to look to do to be more like this year? No? Okay that’s fine. Ugh that is all i have.
