Open Forum: Bundle for Ukraine

You’re up to donate to the International Medical Corps and Voices of Children, right? And you want hundreds of games to go with it? Cool. The Bundle for Ukraine is up on Itch.io and you should pick it up.

Now that you’ve done that (and, if you can, contributed over the minimum), what to play? There are a bunch of cool headliners, of course. I’ll probably start with Lucifer Within Us, since I remember hearing good things about it. Then INMOST, which I’ve played a bit of on my phone but might be better on a larger screen with a controller. Maybe I’ll finish A Short Hike, which, despite being short, I’ve only played a few minutes of for some reason. I just played Promesa last week and got the most fantastic visual glitches (see the featured image), but even if you aren’t lucky enough to have Unity leak on you I’d recommend it. Arcade Spirits, for those of you who haven’t already played it, is a fun, queer VN where everyone is a hot gamer. I’ve heard that Lenna’s Inception takes the frequently-mined A Link to the Past to new and interesting places. And Golf Peaks looks like a good puzzler for me to move onto after Sokobond, although I was also thinking of moving to A Good Snowman is Hard to Build and then Cosmic Express.
