OPEN FORUM: How do you use a laptop?

I ask this as I have one. I use it seldom. It has been kicking around since 2015. It’s pretty fast but kind of dated.

That random decorative image is from the last time i really used it when I was running the Wendy’s Table Top RPG.

Anyone remember that?! it seems the site is down actually but you can find it if you look for it.

I am currently setting it up as a backup for work from home.

This has been a bit of a headache but once I get the cables managed should the need arise and old faithful kicks the bucket I won’t have to make a multi Hour commute at least.

Hard to believe this things 7 years old its probably only in such good condition due to the light usage. so naturally I finally put Steam and Discord on it. On my personal profile though not the separate Work Profile I made.

Oh yeah and speaking of table top games you been catching any of the Hasbro & Wizards of the Coast OGL debacle?

It is a lot and many others have covered it better also I have not talked about vidya games yet.

So I beat Super Bullet Break which I mentioned Last week. After the main campaign there are 2 extra long maps with 5 rounds instead of the standard 3. and I managed to beat the Idol game last night. I have one more to go which seems to be a fighting game parody with no clear gimmick like the second and third game.

Other than that been on my regulars. The New Years Event is wrapping up in Caravan Stories. I cleared all 29 quests with help from the community. Warframe and PSO2 have me playing almost daily again with season events in the form of Nora’s Night Wave and Mission pass.

Recently repurchased Rune Factory 4 Special digitally after my switch physical copy went missing. I bet ill find it as soon as Rune Factory 3 Special comes out too.
